Thanks ever so much for highlighting this issue. I have heard that many of the green bins
in the Morley area have now been ‘tagged’ with RFID
spychips. Living only a few miles from here I wonder wether Leeds City Council will even bother to notify people in advance. I really do not want a spychip on my bin it makes me feel so angry.
