Welcome to my new blog home!
The Co-Op in Manchester is well know for covering a large office block of theirs in solar panels. This photo shows a slightly smaller building of theirs which has a wind farm on top of the roof.
(This is really just a gratuitous post to get the hang of Wordpress editing, but the snap caught my eye).
I’m not normally a fan of “More” postings, but I’m going to use one here- because I can.
So- give it a click- you know you want to!

Welcome to your new home, Shades!

Cheers, chaps.
I forgot to do the moderation settings! You should be able to post without moderation now, unless your reply looks a bit too spammy.

Shades of Red really, but red is my favourite colour so I don’t mind.

A little too red for my likeing, but I will still come to say hello. Is it a lot of work to convert to Wordpress. I have no real interest, but am curious.

Colin, it is a little too red for my liking as well, but because of the design of it changing settings takes time and patience. I have already knocked up a grey header but I’m not quite prolific enough in Paintshop.
It is remarkably easy to convert to Wordpress- I had my old blog ported over to Wordpress.com in about ten minutes a fortnight ago when I first started playing with it. I wanted to be fully in control of the template though and Blogger had some orphaned comments that munged up the import slightly (which I had to tie up afterwards).
