I have already knocked up a grey header but I'm not quite prolific enough in Paintshop. It is remarkably easy to convert to Wordpress- I had my old blog ported over to <a href="http://iangrey.wordpress.com" rel="nofollow">Wordpress.com</a> in about ten minutes a fortnight ago when I first started playing with it. I wanted to be fully in control of the template though and Blogger had some orphaned comments that munged up the import slightly (which I had to tie up afterwards).
