Most legacy phone systems I've come across require manual Summer Time setting, better to think about it than just trust the code to do it right. I have a brand new UPS worth more than my salary that gets the European summer time dates wrong, bizarre seeing as how it came from Italy. I believe that was you, Womble, your budget!
