Lest we forget
I’m working tomorrow so won’t be going to a remembrance service for the first time in many years.
However, I popped over to the Second Life garden of remembrance this evening, got myself a Poppy and spent some quiet time there. I then got briefly stuck in the poppies as they weren’t really designed for sitting on. That might been a bit embarrassing if I’d still been there at 11am tomorrow…
If anyone has a SL ID and wants to go, it is in Poppy 2.

Sadly, Second Life wasn’t set up in time for this but will try for the next one.

Strangely, there is no commemoration in Italy today but there is one on Liberation Day in April. I always watch the London service if I can.
