		<description>It's made the BBC now (1740) - heard about it on Radio 1 Newsbeat. I'm afraid my reaction is starting to tend toward rolling my eyes and muttering a bit every time I hear about another inane scheme.
Trouble is, things like this just used to come from Brussels mainly and were the butt of humour. Now they come from all angles, EU, HMG, or some unaccountable quango/thinktank.
