Tonight, we had pancakes with Jif lemon, chocolate sauce, pineapple rings and tinned cherries. We used artificial sugar though, we don’t have any real sugar in the house (or if we have, it is well old and probably one coagulated lump).

WE don’t have any real sugar in our house either, I use Splenda for everything, not because anyone is diabetic but we eat as if we are.

I always prefer strawberry jam in mine.
We had some ready made ones in the freezer which David finished off today. (Karen and I had one each). Not as tasty as yorkshire pud mix though.
