		<description>Well, there is often someone at a party who is staying sober for some reason, be it because they are on medication, are driving later or they perhaps just don't drink in the first place. I can see a role similar to "designated driver" here, a "designated buyer".

Then the bansturbators will push for a law where party hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests...</description>

		<description>I like the terms and conditions, have to say if anyone using this service is unlikely to be following the recommendation to drink in moderation.

The "excessively drunk" stipulation is interesting - I'm pretty sure that they are stretching the point a bit there since I reckon selling drink to anyone who is drunk is illegal.</description>
