		<description>Well, glad you got through it, Shades. Interesting how they work and 10 quid an hour sounds pretty lousy to me for those nurses.  I suppose you're right - the unit doesn't really need to be geared up to the non-med needs of patients.  Glad you got a good brekkie!</description>
