Smart Sunday Lunch

Filed under: Shady stuff — Shades @ 8:23 pm

We took Karen’s Mum to the smart Woodlands Hotel In Morley for a belated birthday/early Mothers Day. David liked the gardens and the Restaurant, but not the roast beef.

Here are a few snapshots.

  1. Very lovely place indeed, too bad about the roast beef but I’m sure Karen’s Mum enjoyed being taken out for a “smart” lunch. Sunday lunch is not a tradition here.

  2. Sunday lunch is big business in blighty, especially as carveries are fairly cheap.

The bill at Woodlands was £84.04, by the way, not cheap!
