I came across this map in a BBC article about an interview with Sir Tim Berners Lee. It is a sort of map of the internet, or rather various development “streams” joining together or sometimes petering out in the badlands. It is interesting for a techy like me, although I don’t claim to understand it all (or indeed all that much!)

See if you can find “Giants” and the “Tor of Cism”. They are both veiled references to big companies, the first being in Google colours and the other being an anagram of Microshaft.
