I love this movie, particularly the director’s cut. (I normally hate subtitled films but after a while you forget it is in Italian). It is set in a small town in Sicily and the plot revolves around the Town’s only Cinema in the 40s and 50s.

This YouTube intersperses a few scenes with a live orchestral performance filmed in Berlin in 2005.

We couldn’t stay long at the Morley Easter Bonnet Parade today as we had a Matinee to go to.
