The clock keeps going forward a day shortly after it does a network time sync- the Windows bar doesn't want to auto-hide any more and a day or two ago I was forwarding an email and all my letter "i"s were replaced by ","s. Now if I was paranoid I'd be reaching for my tin foil hat and blaming sinister forces. However, Occam's razor suggests Windows registry file corruption. (I like to re-install Windows every 6 months or so and this machine is long overdue...) JMB, some odd things are happening on my PC. His Welsh Baptist upbringing had apparently cloistered him from the humour that schoolboys derive from the combination of poo + paper + middle aged woman. She was besieged by queues of giggling boys attempting to negotiate more paper by estimating their colonic capacity and viscosity. Result = paper returned and we all learned that embarrassment conquers stupidity.
