Pepparkakshus

Karen was told of a little Christmas tradition from a colleague of hers at work. It was to take a trip to the Ikea Swedish Shop and to buy a Gingerbread House kit. Coming from Ikea, of course, it comes as a flat-pack knock-down construction…

After a bit of icing sugar glueing, David was able to decorate the house with the various bits of cake decoration we bought at ASDA yesterday.

On returning to the house fifteen minutes later, I noticed that all of the decorative embellishments had been removed and the cottage tumbled.

    Well don’t tell me that lovely boy David had anything to do with this , i just would not believe it.

    Well, the household view was that it would have been soggy by the morning and inedible a few days after that so nibbling was in order. I wasn’t expecting a total de-fenestration though.

    My colleages at work will be able to complete the demolition and land clearance in the morning.

    It was intended only as a temporary structure, your wossip.
